Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kridha Trinkets, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact

To initiate a request, please contact us with clear images or an unboxing video.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings or pierced jewellery

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for eligible cases approved by our team.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (Razorpay / UPI / Card / Net Banking).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged for eligible cases wherever serviceable.

  • If return pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product as guided by our support team.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

  • Cancellation requests must be raised immediately after placing the order and are subject to approval.

7. Important Notes

  • Products must be carefully packed to avoid damage during return transit.

  • Any item returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Kridha Trinkets reserves the right to approve or reject return, refund, or exchange requests.
